Day 1: Welcome day, drive to Guptkashi

Connect with our friendly representative at the designated meeting venue in Haridwar. Depart for Guptkashi amid breathtaking landscapes in a 7-8 hour journey. Check in to your comfortable hotel in Guptkashi and freshen up. Enjoy a delicious dinner showcasing regional flavours. Relax and prepare for the coming holy days with a comfortable night’s stay.

Day 2: Departure towards Shiva’s abode (Kedarnath)

Fuel your exploration with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Start your mesmerising helicopter tour to the sacred Kedarnath temple/hiking from Gaurikund. Stay at a hotel in Kedarnath and later offer prayers at the iconic temple in search of inner peace. Stay at Kedarnath for the night.

Day 3: Explore the Kedarnath Land

Be a part of Kedarnath Ji Aarti before the first rays of the morning and immerse yourself in the devotion of Shiva amidst the land of spirituality. Cover Kedarnath completely with local visits to Kaal Bhairavnath, Gandhi Sarovar, Adi Shankaracharya and Bhim Patthar. Later in the day, start descending from Kedarnath. Reach Guptkashi via Gaurikund and Sonprayag and rest again at the hotel. Overnight stay in Guptkashi.

Day 4: Drive to Chopta & Visit Tungnath Temple

After a delicious breakfast at Guptkashi, proceed towards Mini Switzerland – Tunganath Temple covering Chopta Valley. Pay homage at Tunganath situated on the top of the Himalayas. Overnight stay will be in Chopta.

Day 5: Last Day of Kedarnath Yatra, Drive to Haridwar

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel in Chopta and depart for Haridwar to enjoy the journey amid breathtaking landscapes. Reach your designated Haridwar Railway Station or Bus Stand for your onward journey.

Booking Terms:

• To book a journey you need to pay 30% of the booking amount. Once this payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival to the tour/activity/stay.

Cancellation Terms:

• Any cancellation on or before 30 days before the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
• For cancellations made 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
• Cancellations made within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the booking amount.
• In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is cancelled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method. Refunds will be subject to the full cancellation terms and conditions.

Verification Policy:

• On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation message via email/WhatsApp message within 24 hours.
• If the preferred time slots are not available, an alternative schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s preference, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email/WhatsApp.
• Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 3 days before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 0% of the total tour cost.
• Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the date of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the date of travel will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total travel cost.
