River Rafting in Rishikesh

• Grade I Rapid: Easy & Small Waves.
• Grade II Rapid: Moderate Difficulty Waves.
• Grade III Rapid: waves come through narrow paths.
• Grade IV Rapid: Powerful & Raft Overturning. Waves.
• Grade V Rapid: Very Difficult!

• Put all your belongings that may get wet in the guide’s pocket.
• Correctly and safely wear all provided safety equipment including helmet, life jacket, rafting rope, and paddle gloves.
• Listen to your guide during the safety talk and on the water.
• Follow all the instructions of the raft guide during the safety talk!
• When tackling rapids with high waves, make sure you are well attached to the raft rope.
• Please avoid carrying mobile, cameras, and other electrical gadgets while rafting.

* Note – Those needing more confidence in their swimming abilities are advised to stay away from Grade III and higher rapids when attempting rafting.

Booking Terms: 

You must pay 30% of the booking amount to book a journey. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance amount should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

• Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
• For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
• Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
• In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation Policy:

• On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
• If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.
