• Ensure proper buoyancy control with a well-fitting BCD. Regularly check for leaks, secure connections and proper functioning to effectively manage your underwater buoyancy.
• Invest in a reliable dive computer to monitor dive time, depth and ascent rate. This essential equipment increases safety by helping you avoid decompression sickness and follow dive tables.
• Carry signaling equipment such as whistle, signal mirror and surface marker buoy. These devices can help attract emergency attention and communicate with the boat or fellow divers.
• Use the SMB to indicate your location on the surface during a safety stop or if you need help.
• Have a reliable cutting tool to free yourself from tangles like fishing lines or sea grass.
• Carry a compact and waterproof first aid kit designed for diving. Include things like antiseptic wipes, bandages, and seasickness medicine.
• Before each dive, check with a friend or do a BWRAF (Review and Start Over with a Friend). This includes checking your buoyancy, weight, release, air and final OK with your dive buddy.

Booking Terms:

You must pay 30% of the booking amount to book a journey. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance amount should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

• Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
• For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
• Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
• In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation Policy:

• On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
• If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.
