Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected events can disrupt travel plans. That’s why Trip Tradition offers a transparent and flexible cancellation policy, ensuring a stress-free booking experience.

Payment Terms for Trek & Tour Packages

  • After confirming any booking request, an initial payment of 40% of the cost is required immediately to secure all related services.
  • An additional payment of 20% of the tour package cost is required fifteen days before the arrival date.
  • Total tour package cost (100%) is required seven days before arrival.
  • All payments must be communicated via email format with transaction details attached.
  • Please note that payment terms are subject to change at the time of booking as per hotel policies and high season rates.

Payment Terms for Stay (Camping/Hotel)

  • After confirming any booking request, an initial payment of 30% of the cost is required immediately to secure all related services.
  • On arrival date, total cost (100%) is required.

Payment Terms for Activities (Rafting, Paragliding, etc.)

  • After confirming any booking request, an initial payment of 20% of the cost is required immediately to secure all related services.
  • On arrival date, total cost (100%) is required.

Cancellation Terms for All Booking

  • Standard Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations made 30 days before the scheduled tour or travel activity.
  • Last Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled activity date may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the payment will vary depending on the nature of the activity and the costs associated with it.

Refund Policy for All Booking

  • Full Refund: If Trip Tradition cancels the booking, the customer will receive a full refund.
  • Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled by us (bad weather or emergency), any applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. But if you cancel your booking yourself, No Refund will be given by us.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend the booked service or activity without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the entire booking amount. No refunds will be given for no-shows.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within seven business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that depending on your payment method and financial institution, the refunded amount may take additional time to appear in your account.
