Giant Swing in Rishikesh

• Enjoy India’s tallest giant swing, 83 to 88 meters in height.
• Our government-licensed and experienced team has 12 years of experience in adventure activities such as giant swings, bungee jumping, flying fox, and Zipline.
• All safety equipment will be with us.
• After the activity, you will receive an adventure certificate from Trip Tradition.

• Location: Mohanchatti village, about 15 km from Rishikesh
• Booking: You can book your slot in advance by filling out the enquiry form.
• Age limit: Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may need parental consent.
• Duration: 30 minutes, including briefing and setup, and the swing lasts 4 to 5 minutes.
• Clothing: Wear comfortable, light, weather-appropriate clothing and safe footwear. Avoid loose items like jewellery, phones, and cameras.
• Photography and videography: Capturing your activity in videos and photos will cost ₹900.

• We are certified and experienced operators licensed by the Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) and Adventure Activities Association of India (AAAAI).
• We provide all safety gear, such as carabiners, harnesses, helmets, anchor systems, dynamic ropes, gloves, backup safety systems and other protective equipment, which are checked for quality and condition.
• We do not allow participants to perform any activity without a health test. Participants must be in good health to be allowed to perform the activity.
• Participants in the Gaint Swing must weigh a minimum of 40 kg and a maximum of 120 kg.
• Our team conducts safety briefings for participants so that each participant understands the procedures, signs and what to do in an emergency.
• No activity is conducted in any adverse weather conditions.
• Our team also provides emergency medical services in case of an accident.

Booking Terms: 

To book an activity, you must pay 30% of the booking amount. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

• • Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.

• • For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.

• • Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.

• • No refund will be issued under any circumstances in case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation).

Refund Terms: If your booking is cancelled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation Policy:

• On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
• If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.
