• Professional Staff and Equipment: We have experienced and certified professional bungee jumping guides who will guide you through each jump. All our staff is well trained in security procedures. All equipment used, including bungee cords and harnesses, is available to industry safety standards.
• Health Requirements: Participants are fully aware of any health restrictions or requirements. Participants are informed about any pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations that may pose a risk during jumping. Participants must be in good health and disclose any relevant information beforehand.
• Full Briefing: Provide clients with a comprehensive pre-jump briefing, including safety protocols, correct body positioning during the jump, and instructions for safe landing. Ensure participants fully understand the process and know their responsibilities during the experience.
• Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect and maintain all equipment, including jumping platforms, harnesses and bungee cords. Ensure a thorough safety check is conducted before each jump to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Weather conditions: Emphasize the importance of monitoring weather conditions and compliance. Bungee jumping should not be done during adverse weather, such as high winds, storms or low visibility. To prioritize participant safety, have a clear policy for cancellations or rescheduling due to inclement weather.
• Emergency response plan: Communicate the emergency response plan to both employees and customers. Ensure trained personnel are on-site and equipped to deal with medical emergencies or unexpected circumstances. Customers should be aware of the procedures to be followed and the location of emergency exits and first aid facilities.

Booking Terms: 

You must pay 30% of the booking amount to book a journey. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance amount should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

• Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
• For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
• Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
• In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation Policy:

• On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
• If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
• Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
• Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.
