Tour Itinerary - 5 Days

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi and Drive to Haridwar
  • First of all, reach Delhi Airport/Railway Station/Bus Stand and start driving from Delhi towards Haridwar. (6-7 hours drive)
  • On arrival, check into Trip Traditions hotel and freshen up.
  • In the afternoon, visit the famous Har Ki Pauri and the iconic Mansa Devi Temple.
  • In the evening explore the local market and watch a mesmerizing evening Ganga Aarti ceremony at Har Ki Ghat.
  • Night stay in Haridwar.
Day 2: Day 2: Haridwar to Auli
  • After breakfast, depart for Auli on a scenic drive of approximately 9-10 hours.
  • En route, stop at Devprayag, where the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers meet, offering a sacred sight.
  • Continue your journey to Auli nestled amidst the Himalayas.
  • On arrival, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.
  • Overnight stay in Auli.
Day 3: Auli Sightseeing
  • Start your day with breakfast, then enjoy the whole day exploring the beauty of Auli.

Day 5: Chopta to Delhi
  • Enjoy your morning meal before starting the return journey to Delhi, and begin the drive, which will take approximately 10-11 hours.

Booking Terms & Policies

Booking Terms: 

You must pay 30% of the booking amount to book a journey. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance amount should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
  • For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  • Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
  • In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

 

Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled by us (bad weather or emergency), any applicable refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. But if you cancel your booking yourself, then no refund will be given from our side.

Confirmation Policy:

  • On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
  • If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
  • Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
  • Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.
