Uttarakhand

Our home state. From the rafting stretches and riverside camps of Rishikesh to the Kedarnath yatra, Auli's snow slopes and Kumaon's lake towns, Uttarakhand is where most of our trips begin.

Himachal Pradesh

High valleys and some of the best flying sites in India. Himachal is where we run paragliding in Bir Billing, Kullu and Manali, river rafting on the Beas and mountain treks like Hampta Pass.

Goa & the West Coast

Clear Arabian Sea water, islands and coral reefs. Along the west coast we arrange scuba diving and beach stays in Goa, the Sindhudurg coast of Maharashtra and Dwarka in Gujarat.

FAQs about Our Destinations

Which destinations does Trip Tradition cover?

We run trips, treks and activities across Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh, along with scuba diving and beach trips in Goa, Maharashtra and Gujarat. Rishikesh, where we are based, is our biggest destination for rafting, camping and adventure sports.

Which destination is best for a first adventure trip?

Rishikesh is the easiest place to start. Rafting, riverside camping, bungee jumping and paragliding are all within a short drive, and it is well connected to Delhi by road and rail.

Can I combine more than one destination in a single trip?

Yes. Several of our tour packages already combine places, such as Haridwar with Rishikesh and Mussoorie, or Auli with Chopta. Share your dates and group size on the enquiry form and our team will suggest the options that fit.

When is the best time to visit the Himalayas?

It depends on what you want to do. Winter treks and snow in Auli are best from December to March, the Kedarnath yatra runs from May to October, and rafting and paragliding are best outside the monsoon months. See the season guide above for each experience.

How do I book a trip to any of these destinations?

Open the destination or activity page to see the details, then send an enquiry with your dates. You can also call or WhatsApp our team in Rishikesh for help choosing a destination.

Not sure where to go?

Tell us your dates, group size and the kind of trip you have in mind. Our team in Rishikesh will suggest the destinations and activities that suit you best.
