Booking Terms:

You must pay 30% of the booking amount to book a journey. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance amount should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation Policy:

On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.

Superb staffs and hospitality. The camp manager Mr NITIN is very helpful and provided homely atmosphere. Foods were superb. They served immediately cooked and hot foods. The bonfire and DJj in the park made our evening fantastic and more enjoyable. Very much family friendly.

The location was perfect to go and have a stay with your loved ones. The view is beautiful and mesmerizing along with best of the services and food facilities. You can go and have a chill out with nature's peace along with activities like badminton, cricket, swimming, volleyball. Best place to enjoy at. 👌👌😊

I recently stayed at this resort, it was a delightful experience. The food was excellent, both veg and non veg. The management was friendly. We enjoyed a refreshing swim and then the bonfire. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

100% recommended for vacation even for families. This was my 2nd visit to this place. You'll get great property 360° surrounded by beautiful mountains. Property located 30kms ahead from main rishikesh. You'll get following: -Swimming Pool -Cozy camps with attached clean washroom. -3 meals (buffet) i/c non-veg in dinner. - 1+1 or 2+2 snack (veg+non veg). -DJ in the evening. -Common bone-fire 🔥 (personal for extra pay) The host, Mr. Nitin is so generous person. He checked on us personally. Great Hospitality delivered. We've enjoyed a lot at so reasonable price.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful camp, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The camp facilities were excellent, and we were fully satisfied with the services provided, especially the food, which was delicious and satisfying. The staff, particularly the manager Nitin, went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. Nitin's assistance was invaluable, and his dedication to customer service truly made our stay exceptional. We can't wait to return and create more lasting memories at this camp.
