Booking Terms: 

You must pay 30% of the booking amount to book a journey. Upon receipt of this payment, you will receive a confirmation shortly. The balance amount should be paid on the day of arrival before commencing the journey.

Cancellation Terms:

  • Any cancellation on or before 30 days from the scheduled journey will not be deducted from the booking amount.
  • For cancellations 30 to 15 days before the scheduled journey, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.
  • Cancellations within 7 days or less of the scheduled journey will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount.
  • In case of a ‘No Show’ (immediate failure without prior cancellation), no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Terms: If your booking is canceled, any applicable refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.

Confirmation Policy:

  • On successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours.
  • If the preferred time slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule will be arranged as per the customer’s choice, and a fresh confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
  • Customers may cancel their booking before confirmation, and a full refund will be processed.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 0% of the total travel cost.
  • Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 40% of the total travel cost.
  • Cancellation between 0 hours to 1 day before the travel date will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of the total travel cost.

Wow what a lovely stay it was . Amazing place amazing food . Place is surrounded by mountains and inside the premises only there is a very nice and big water fall . In love with this place . A must visit place. I really love the tent style hut stay . Best place for family outing .

Peaceful and beautiful!! Absolutely perfect resort property to experience excellent service with amazing view! The washrooms are super clean and functional, the bedding is clean too and very comfy. Buffet service was superb and the quality of food served was great. They also have a water stream just beside the property and that is simply cherry on the top. If you are going from delhi NCR this is perfect spot for you. The staff is friendly and the arrangement were up to the mark. Kudos

Just my personal review - The location was awesome, the trek till camp and the even the staff is friendly. The only thing bothered me was the lack of facilities, they only provide you with stay and food, you need to find other activities separately. Also they could also have a electric mosquito repellent, there are lots of insects and you need to be careful even while sleeping, they come onto bed and fondle all over you.
